Home renovations and additions

We undertake kitchen and bathroom renovations, room additions and larger home-renovation projects. Discuss the complete scope, how the spaces will be used and whether the home will remain occupied so access and sequencing can be considered from the start.

  • Bathroom renovations
  • Room additions and extensions
  • Whole-home renovation scopes

New homes, garages and barns

New-home construction, custom builds, garages and barns can be delivered as complete projects. Planning establishes the building and sitework, the available drawings, participating trades and responsibility for design, engineering and permits. Design-build inquiries begin with a discussion of those roles.

  • Custom buildings
  • Complete garages and barns
  • Design-build coordination and sitework

Commercial construction

Our commercial construction work includes offices, retail spaces and industrial facilities. We discuss the building work and site improvements together, including operating areas, access and the coordination needed for the project.

  • Retail construction
  • Industrial property projects
  • Building and sitework coordination

Scope, schedule and project coordination

The proposal establishes the work, participating trades and project responsibilities. We discuss scheduling and communication as the scope develops. Changes are documented in writing with updated costs and timing before the changed work begins.

Frequently asked questions

All project FAQs
Do you manage the complete project?

Yes. We undertake complete residential and commercial projects as well as specialist concrete packages. The proposal describes the scope, coordinated trades and the responsibilities of everyone involved.

Can we approach you before drawings are complete?

Yes. Tell us what you want to build, the site location and your current planning stage. We can discuss the next steps and establish what design or other information is needed to develop the scope.

How are change orders handled?

Changes are documented in writing with updated costs and timelines before the changed work begins. Discuss a proposed revision with us so its effect on the wider project can be reviewed.

Do you offer financing options?

Ask about financing for your project during the free consultation. We will confirm current availability and explain the applicable process. Financing arrangements and eligibility are considered separately from the construction proposal.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. Capitol Concrete is insured and bonded. Let us know which documentation you need for the project or procurement review.

What warranties are included?

The warranty terms applicable to the agreed work are discussed during the consultation and included in the contract. We can also discuss maintenance and handover information before the project begins.

How do you work with property developers?

We begin with the site, proposed use, planning stage and construction scope. That discussion establishes whether you need complete-project delivery, construction management or a defined concrete and sitework package.
