How we work

The quality of the finished work matters. So does knowing what’s happening along the way.

We begin by discussing your property, the work you have in mind and the available plans. A site visit helps establish conditions and the scope that needs to be priced.

Before construction, the proposal identifies the agreed work and responsibilities. If the scope changes, we discuss the change with its cost and schedule effects. The aim is a clear understanding between you and the people carrying out the project.

Our work takes us across Albany, Saratoga, Schenectady and Rensselaer counties, as well as Lake George and Gloversville. Our Albany and Clifton Park locations support materials and operations; project meetings take place at your site by arrangement.

Community support and our tree-planting pledge sit alongside the everyday responsibility of completing work carefully and respecting the properties entrusted to us.

Capitol Concrete is insured and bonded. Ask for documentation when discussing your project or subcontractor requirements.

Qualified people, safety in focus

We bring licensed and certified professionals to the work that requires them. Safety, coordination and the conditions of each site are part of planning and execution.

Project-specific warranties

Warranty terms are discussed before work begins and included in the contract. Ask which terms apply to the materials and work in your proposal.

A clear estimate and agreed scope

Consultations and estimates are free and carry no obligation. Project requirements, pricing, schedule and changes are reviewed together.
