Updated October 6, 2026. This notice describes Capitol Concrete’s website, online project inquiries and direct contact channels.
Information you choose to share
When you submit an inquiry, call or email us about a project, the information you provide may include your name, contact details, property location, the work you are considering and any plans or photographs you choose to send. We use that information to respond to the inquiry, discuss the proposed work and arrange the next step, such as a site visit.
Include information relevant to the project. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information in a general project inquiry. Before sending plans or photographs, make sure you are entitled to share them.
Website forms and online services
Our project inquiry form sends your information to Formspree, which processes submissions and delivers them to Capitol Concrete’s configured recipients. The form asks for your name, email, phone number, full project address, project type and anticipated timeline. You can also provide a budget range, drawing and permit status, and a description of the work.
Formspree stores submissions and applies spam filtering. Its processing can include technical connection information associated with the request. See Formspree’s privacy policy. This form does not accept attachments, take payments or sign you up for marketing. You can send plans through the email contact provided on our inquiry page.
Cookies, analytics and technical information
We use PostHog for optional analytics to count pageviews, phone/email/text and estimate-link clicks, form starts and inquiries accepted by the form service. We also measure page exits, time on a page, scroll depth and page performance (loading, responsiveness and visual stability). A form start records only that interaction, never the field or its contents. A contact-link click does not tell us whether a conversation took place. We do not send your form answers, name, contact details or project address to analytics. We also use session replays to understand page navigation, scrolling and interaction. Input values are masked in your browser before recording data is sent. Hidden inputs, embedded frames and canvas content are excluded. We do not capture console logs or network request bodies and headers. Recordings are retained for 30 days.
Analytics uses a randomly generated identifier for the current browser-tab visit, along with the public page path and limited referral-source information. Page query strings and fragments are excluded. We use browser storage to remember choices you make in Analytics preferences and, while analytics is on, to keep that temporary visit identifier. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels or a cross-visit customer profile.
Analytics is on by default without a consent popup. Choose “Analytics preferences” in the footer to turn it off or back on at any time. We respect a previously saved opt-out. Turning analytics off does not affect inquiries or other website features. Our analytics also stays off when the browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. See PostHog’s privacy policy.
Vercel hosts this website. Hosting, network, form and analytics providers can process technical connection information, including a network address, to deliver their services. The website does not request your device’s precise location. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
Phone, email and outside services
A phone or email link opens the calling or email application on your device. Information you send through those channels passes through the relevant communication providers and reaches Capitol Concrete for the inquiry. Those providers operate under their own privacy policies and settings.
Links to other websites may take you to services with different privacy practices. Review the information provided by that service before sharing personal details. This notice does not describe how an unrelated website or your communication provider handles information.
Reviews and project material
The site includes customer testimonials and construction information. Contact us if you have a question about a testimonial, attribution or project-related material that identifies you. Include the page address and the material you are asking about so we can locate it.
Sending information for an estimate is separate from permission to feature your project in marketing. Any proposed use of customer names, identifiable project photographs or client branding should be addressed specifically.
Questions, corrections and privacy requests
Contact us to ask about information associated with your inquiry, correct your contact details, raise a privacy concern or request removal of information. Please identify the inquiry or material involved and provide a way to reach you. We may need to confirm that the request concerns your information before discussing it.
For questions about how long information associated with a particular inquiry is kept, contact us. A request to remove project information may also need to take relevant business and project obligations into account; please identify the records involved so the request can be considered.
Updates to this notice
Changes to the website’s collection or use of information will be reflected in an updated notice.
