Capitol Concrete’s work

Concrete, foundations & sitework.

Selected scope across customer access, restaurant service areas and site fixtures.

Parking & pedestrian access

Concrete work at designated accessible parking spaces and pedestrian routes.

  • Converted asphalt ADA-designated parking spaces to concrete.
  • Replaced three sidewalk sections, each smaller than 35 square feet; two included tactile domes.
  • Repaired or replaced approximately 33 linear feet of curbing across two sections.

Service pads & drive-through

Defined concrete packages for the restaurant’s service and ordering areas.

  • Repoured the dumpster pad and added a 6-inch-thick concrete shaker pad outside it.
  • Installed a new 9 × 15-foot concrete pad, 6 inches thick.
  • Constructed foundations for two new drive-through screens.

Site fixtures & surface connections

Related improvements connecting the new work with the surrounding site.

  • Installed nine new bollards.
  • Removed and replaced four traffic signs.
  • Infilled asphalt around the new concrete pads.
